Corporate/Workplace Massage

Hands On Corporate and Events Massage specialise in providing on-site seated massage in a workplace setting.

We understand how important prevention is and the benefits massage can have on employees.  We often see every day first-hand the results of poor workplace posture and overuse conditions.  If left untreated, these conditions can progress to a debilitating state. This can prove costly to businesses, and of course, the individuals suffering.

The application of massage, in our experience, provides great relief from pain and a myriad of health benefits.

Massage in a workplace setting can be 5-30mins.  It concentrates on the neck, back and shoulders.  Can be performed at the desk, or in quiet room in an ergonomic massage chair.  The style of massage applied is relaxing, yet stimulating.  This allows staff to return to work invigorated, comfortable and calm.


There are two options you can select for what works best in your workplace.

Option 1: Roaming system
We walk around the office, with a minimum of disruption to the workplace, and offer staff massages at their desk.  Staff can continue to conduct business on the phone or computer, whilst receiving their massage.

Option 2: Massage chair in room
A specialised massage chair is set up in an empty, quiet space where staff can visit for their individual massages. Soothing music can be played, whilst staff receive their massages. If the recipient prefers silence, this is fine too!

Both options can be implemented under a booking system.  This is where a spreadsheet is set up (we can provide you with templates) in which people can fill out the timeslots they would like. This keeps everything well organised.  It is a good plan for those with tight time restrictions, meetings throughout the day and making sure no one misses out!

  • $80 per hour, minimum 3 hour visit
