With over a decade of experience in stressful office settings, Sarah Jayne recognized the profound benefits of massage therapy and decided to transition her career. She completed an Advanced Diploma of Applied Science: Soft Tissue Therapy from CIT in 2013, and since then, she has been dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Canberra's workforce.

In 2016, we expanded our services to include a dedicated clinic in Dickson, providing clients with full-body remedial treatments in a comfortable setting. As of 2024, we have moved to a new, centrally located space at Ainslie Shops in Canberra's picturesque inner north, offering a tranquil environment for your massage needs.
